CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 314(FIN) am "An Act providing for and                                                                     
relating to the issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose of                                                         
paying the cost of state transportation projects; and providing for an

Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                              
page 2844. Senator Therriault objected.
